Why we give

At Church of the Canyons we acknowledge that God is the provider of all we have. We don't give to the church because God needs it or because God favors us more if we do so. Rather, we give of our time, talent, and financial resources as an expression of our thankfulness for all of God's good gifts to us. Giving financially, like serving in other ministries, also provides us a tangible opportunity to participate in the ministry of the church in our lives, our families, our community and across the world. We give to worship God, who has given us His Son for our salvation and everything else we need for life.
