The PST meets weekly to do its work. This work involves creating documents, establishing processes, receiving training and coaching. Sometime in the beginning of 2020, the team will go live with the search and begin reviewing applications for PastorNext. The PST will recommend one potential candidate to the board of elders. Once the board of elders approves a potential candidate, he will become “The Candidate” and will be recommended to the congregation during the candidating period.
