Scripture calls us to "encourage one another and build up one another, just as you also are doing" (1 Thes. 5:11).
As we continue to adjust and adapt to our state’s "stay safer at home" order, we need to make certain we maintain and even increase our relationships within our church family. To this end, we are introducing "COC Care Pods." We have divided COC into Care Pods of 4-6 families. These pods will be the base connecting point for our church family. Pod members are requested to care and pray for each other and to assist each other as needed. For example: If one member is going shopping that person should contact pod members to see if they have items on their shopping list that could be picked up. These pods will also serve as our fellowship base during the "stay safer at home" period.
Care Pods provide a wonderful opportunity to minister to one another and to build even closer relationships during this time we are physically separated. If you would like to become a member of a Care Pod, please contact our office manager Linda Williams. Linda is available through email firstname.lastname@example.org or by cell phone (661)713-4892. She will be happy to place you in the Care Pod closest to your home.
